How To Make Hake & Seafood Cataplana

Ingredients
- 1 lb hake fillets, cut into chunks
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb clams, cleaned
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large cataplana or deep skillet over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, and bell peppers. Sauté until onions are translucent.

Add diced tomatoes, white wine, paprika, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Stir well to combine.

Season fish and shrimp with salt and pepper, then add to the cataplana. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add clams to the cataplana and cover. Cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until clams open.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
