Ingredients
- 4 sea bass fillets
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 yellow squash, sliced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large baking tray, toss together the bell peppers, red onion, zucchini, yellow squash, cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Place the sea bass fillets on top of the vegetables.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sea bass is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
