Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh mackerel fillets
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Rub mackerel fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Grill fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and lime juice to make the sauce.
