Ingredients
- 4 mackerel fillets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place mackerel fillets in a greased baking dish.
