- 4 flounder fillets
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions

Rinse the flounder fillets and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt together.

Dip each flounder fillet in the seasoned flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
