  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat.

  2. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic and cook until vegetables are tender.

  3. Stir in ketchup, water, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard powder, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, until sauce has thickened.

  5. Toast hamburger buns and spoon beef mixture onto bottom halves.

  6. Serve with top halves of buns.
