  • ¾cupfresh pineapple chunks
  • ½cupBai5 Molokai Coconut
  • cupplain Greek yogurt
  • ¼tsppure vanilla extract
  • 1cupice
  • cherries and pineapple chunks,for decor, optional


  1. Blend all of the ingredients listed in that order until the mixture is thick, creamy, and smooth for about 3 minutes.

  2. Stop to scrape down the sides of the blender as needed. Add more Bai5 Molokai Coconut for a thinner consistency.

  3. Serve in a glass and enjoy.
