- 1ripe banana,previously peeled, frozen & sliced
- ¾cupfresh pineapple chunks
- ½cupBai5 Molokai Coconut
- ⅓cupplain Greek yogurt
- ¼tsppure vanilla extract
- 1cupice
- cherries and pineapple chunks,for decor, optional

Blend all of the ingredients listed in that order until the mixture is thick, creamy, and smooth for about 3 minutes.

Stop to scrape down the sides of the blender as needed. Add more Bai5 Molokai Coconut for a thinner consistency.
