How To Make Hawaiian Chicken Recipe

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a bowl, combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, vegetable oil, salt and pepper.

  3. Add the chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.

  4. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through.

  5. Serve hot with your choice of side dishes.
