How To Make Easy Crockpot Ribs

Ingredients
- 4lbsbaby back ribs,(2 racks)
- 1onion
- 4clovesgarlic
- ½cupwater
For BBQ Rib Sauce:
- ¼cupketchup
- ½cupchili sauce
- ½cupBBQ Sauce,of your choice
For Rib Rub:
- 1tbsppaprika
- 1tbspbrown sugar
- ¾tspgarlic powder
- ¾tsponion powder
- ½tspblack pepper
- ½tsplemon pepper
- ½tspsalt,os to taste
Instructions

Combine all the rib rub ingredients.

Remove the silver membrane from the back of the ribs. Rub the front and back of the ribs with the spice mixture.

Place the onion, sliced garlic, water, and ribs in a slow cooker.

Cook the ribs on High for 4 hours or on Low for 8 hours, or until fork tender.

Preheat the broiler. Combine the ketchup, chili sauce, and barbecue sauce.

Brush the ribs with the sauce mixture and broil (or grill) for 3 to 5 minutes, or until charred.
