How To Make Spicy Cucumber Margaritas
A refreshing glass of cucumber margaritas makes the perfect party drink! It has a bit of kick from the jalapeno for a more exciting cocktail.

Ingredients
For Margarita:
- 4oztequila
- 2ozlime juice,fresh
- 1ozorange juice,fresh
- 1tbspagave,use more or less to taste
- 1cucumber,sliced into thick coins
- 1small jalapeno,thinly sliced
- cucumber,extra thinly-sliced into rounds, extra jalapeno slices, lime wedges, optional garnishes
For Sweet Chili Rim Salt:
- 1tbspchili powder
- 1tbspkosher salt,coarse
- 1tbspsugar,like turbinado
Instructions
Margarita:

Add the tequila, lime juice, agave, orange juice, and cucumber to a blender.

Pulse for 1 minute, or until the mixture is smooth.

Strain out the liquid into a cocktail shaker.

Add the jalapeno slices, then muddle until the margarita has the desired level of heat.

Add a handful of ice, then shake the mixture vigorously for a few seconds.
Sweet Chili Rim Salt:

Whisk the chili powder, salt, and sugar in a small bowl until combined.

Run a lime wedge around the edge of the serving glass, then dip it into the salt until the rim is coated. Repeat with remaining glasses.

Strain the cocktail into the rimmed serving glasses filled with ice, then top with cucumber rounds and other toppings.
