Enjoy a refreshing gin drink of mint, lemon, and lime with a glass of this festively green southside cocktail!

Ingredients

  • 6 mint leaves
  • 2 oz gin
  • 1⁄2 oz lime juice
  • 1⁄2 oz lemon juice
  • 1⁄2 oz simple syrup, or maple syrup

For Garnish:

  • lemon twist
  • mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Add the mint leaves to a cocktail shaker and muddle them.
  2. Add the gin, lemon juice, lime juice and syrup to cocktail shaker. Fill it with ice and shake until cold.
  3. Strain the drink into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an additional mint leaf and a lemon twist.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
