Blend a sweet and refreshing cocktail with this pomegranate paloma recipe. It’s a mix of fruit juice, syrup, and tequila served in a salt-rimmed glass.

  • ¼cuppomegranate juice
  • 2tbsplime juice
  • 2tspsimple syrup
  • 3tbspwhite tequila,(1½ oz), such as Piedra Azul Blanco, 100% agave
  • ¼cupclub soda
  • kosher salt,for glass rim
  • sprig rosemary,for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brush the rim of an 8-ounce glass with lime juice, then dip the rim into kosher salt. Put ice in the glass.

  2. Stir together the pomegranate juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and tequila.

  3. Pour the mixture into the salt-rimmed glass. Top with club soda.

  4. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary, and enjoy!
