Ingredients
- 2 ripe peaches
- 4 tbsp rosewater
- 1 bottle of sparkling water or champagne
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Peel and pit the peaches, then puree them in a blender until smooth.

Add the rosewater to the peach puree and mix well.

Fill 4 glasses with ice and pour the peach and rosewater mixture over the ice.

Top the glasses with sparkling water or champagne.

Stir gently to combine, then garnish with fresh mint leaves.
