PAMAjito Recipe

This PAMA® version of a mojito is simply delicious.

How To Make PAMAjito

  • 1 oz. PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
  • 1 oz. White Rum
  • 1 tsp. Granulated Sugar
  • 12 Leaves Mint (for Garnish)
  • 2 Sprigs (for Garnish)
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • ½ oz. Simple Syrup
  • Club Soda
  1. Place sugar, simple syrup and mint leaves in glass and gently muddle.
  2. Add lime juice to glass with crushed ice and stir.
  3. Add rum and PAMA and fill glass with crushed ice.
  4. Using bar spoon, agitate the drink by spinning bar spoon back and forth.
  5. Fill glass with more crushed ice, top with club soda and garnish with Mint Sprigs!
