How To Make Mai Tai

Blend a classic Hawaiian drink with this mai tai recipe. It’s a refreshing concoction of rum, orange curacao, and pineapple juice served over ice.

Ingredients

  • ¾fl. ozlight rum
  • ¾fl. ozamber rum
  • ¾fl. ozorange curacao liqueur
  • 3fl. ozpineapple juice
  • 2fl. ozsweet and sour mix
  • ¾fl. ozdark rum

Instructions

  1. Fill a large glass with ice. Use a stir stick to mix in the light rum, amber rum, orange Curacao, pineapple juice, and sweet and sour mix.

  2. Slowly and gently drizzle the dark rum on top of the cocktail so it floats on top of the drink.
