Sweet vermouth and slightly bitter cynar are mixed with a spicy splash of rye for a blend of little Italy that’s perfect to cap off a hectic week.

Ingredients

  • ice,as desired
  • 2ozrye
  • ½ozcynar
  • ¾ozsweet vermouth
  • 2maraschino cherries

Instructions

  1. Fill ⅔ of a pint glass with ice.

  2. Add the rye, Cynar, and vermouth and stir vigorously.

  3. Strain the drink into a chilled coupe and garnish with the skewered cherries.

  4. Serve and enjoy.
