How To Make Little Italy
Sweet vermouth and slightly bitter cynar are mixed with a spicy splash of rye for a blend of little Italy that’s perfect to cap off a hectic week.

- ice,as desired
- 2ozrye
- ½ozcynar
- ¾ozsweet vermouth
- 2maraschino cherries
Instructions

Fill ⅔ of a pint glass with ice.

Add the rye, Cynar, and vermouth and stir vigorously.

Strain the drink into a chilled coupe and garnish with the skewered cherries.
