Ingredients

  • 1bottledry vermouth
  • 1bunchfresh thyme
  • 1bottlevodka,chilled
  • ice
  • 1bunchlemon verbena

Instructions

  1. Pour vermouth into a bowl; add thyme. Press thyme into vermouth with a spoon. Cover tightly for 24 hours. Discard thyme.

  2. Combine 2 ounces chilled vodka, 2 teaspoons thyme-infused vermouth, ice, and a lemon verbena sprig in a cocktail shaker.

  3. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a fresh lemon verbena sprig and a thyme sprig.

  4. Serve and enjoy.
