
How To Make Hot Buttered Rum Batter

Ingredients
- 1lbbutter
- 1lbbrown sugar
- 1lbconfectioners’ sugar
- 4cupsvanilla ice cream,1 quart, softened
- 1tbspground cinnamon
- 1tspground nutmeg
Instructions

Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.

Blend in the brown sugar and confectioners’ sugar.

Remove from heat, then whisk in the ice cream, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Pour mixture into a plastic container, seal, and freeze.

In a coffee mug, measure 1 tablespoon of the batter and 1 fluid ounce of rum, then fill the cup with boiling water.

Stir, and sprinkle the top of the drink with nutmeg.
