Cool down with a refreshing glass of this frozen pina colada made with coconut cream, coconut rum, and pineapple juice. Prep it in 5 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 10ozLime-aid concentrate,frozen
  • 15ozcoconut cream,1 can
  • 48ozpineapple juice,or tropical juice
  • 12ozcoconut rum
  • club soda,or lemon-lime soda, optional

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large ice cream pail.

  2. Freeze overnight stirring after about 4 hours. Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving.

  3. Run a lime around the edge of a glass and dip in sugar if desired.

  4. Fill glass with frozen pina colada mix and enjoy. Or fill a glass half full of pina colada mix and top with soda or lemon-lime soda.
