  • 3cupsfresh pineapple chunks
  • 1cupfresh lime juice
  • 1cuptequila blanco
  • ½cupCointreau,or any orange liqueur
  • ¼cupagave nectar,to taste
  • coarse kosher salt
  • lime,or pineapple wedges, for serving, optional

Instructions

  1. Place pineapple, lime juice, tequila, and Cointreau in a blender and pulse until smooth. Add agave to taste, if needed to sweeten.

  2. Serve immediately in salt-rimmed glasses over ice. Garnish wish lime or pineapple wedges.
