- 1cucumber,2-inch, peeled, halved into two rounds, quartered
- 10mint leaves,fresh
- 2tspcane sugar,to taste
- 1medium lime,juiced
- 1½ozclear rum
- club soda

In a tall, sturdy glass, muddle the cucumber, mint, and sugar until the cucumber offers no more resistance.
