How To Make Cucumber Mojito

Ingredients

  • 1cucumber,2-inch, peeled, halved into two rounds, quartered
  • 10mint leaves,fresh
  • 2tspcane sugar,to taste
  • 1medium lime,juiced
  • ozclear rum
  • club soda

Instructions

  1. In a tall, sturdy glass, muddle the cucumber, mint, and sugar until the cucumber offers no more resistance.

  2. Fill the glass with ice, then pour in the lime juice and rum. Top off with the club soda, then stir.

  3. Serve with a thick straw, and enjoy!
