Ingredients
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb. spinach and cheese-filled ravioli
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook the ravioli according to package instructions and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add shrimp and cook until pink.

Deglaze the pan with white wine and let reduce for 2 minutes.

Add heavy cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Add cooked ravioli and spinach to the pan, stir well to combine.
