- 1 cup of cooked rice
- 2 cups of milk
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup of raisins (optional)
Instructions

In a saucepan, combine the cooked rice, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.

Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture comes to a simmer.

Reduce the heat to low and continue cooking for 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the mixture has thickened.
