How To Make No Bake S’mores Pie Recipe

This delicious pie is made with graham cracker crust, chocolate ganache filling, and topped with whipped marshmallow cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups of crushed graham crackers
  • 6 tbsp of butter, melted
  • 6 oz. of chopped semi-sweet chocolate
  • ½ cup of heavy cream
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of marshmallow fluff
  • 1 tbsp of milk

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press onto the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.

  2. In a heatproof bowl, melt the chocolate and heavy cream together. Stir in vanilla extract.

  3. Pour the chocolate mixture over the prepared crust and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  4. In another bowl, combine marshmallow fluff and milk until smooth. Spread over the chocolate layer.

  5. Use a kitchen torch to brown the marshmallow topping.
