  • 8 oz semisweet chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Bake the pre-made pie crust according to package instructions and allow to cool completely.

  2. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to steam.

  3. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips, stirring until completely melted and smooth.

  4. Whisk in the sugar, salt, and vanilla extract.

  5. Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled pie crust.

  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set.
