How To Make Dots Peanut Butter Blossoms
Classic peanut butter cookies with a Hershey’s kiss on top!
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 24 Hershey’s kisses, unwrapped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, cream together peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually stir into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.

Shape dough into 24 equal-sized balls and place on prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.

Remove from oven and immediately place a Hershey’s kiss in the center of each cookie, pressing down gently.

Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
