This jam makes a sweet combination of strawberries and almonds in one jar. You can have this with bread or you can serve it as a dip for your chips.
Ingredients
- 3 lb rhubarb
- 4 cups strawberries
- 1 cup almonds, blanched
- 6 lb sugar
Instructions

Cut rhubarb into cubes and hull strawberries.

Cook fruit and sugar until thick.
