Ingredients
- 10 shortbread cookies, crushed
- 2 cups of vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup of caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup of chocolate chips, melted
- 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts or pecans)
Instructions

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.

Spread half of the crushed shortbread cookies evenly in the bottom of the pan.

Soften the vanilla ice cream by leaving it at room temperature for a few minutes.

Once the ice cream is soft, spread a layer of it over the crushed cookies in the pan.

Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the ice cream layer.

Sprinkle the remaining crushed shortbread cookies on top.

Spread another layer of softened vanilla ice cream.

Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce on top.

Pour the melted chocolate over the caramel sauce and swirl it with a knife.

Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the top.

Cover the loaf pan with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 3 hours, or until firm.

Once frozen, remove the ice cream slice from the pan using the parchment paper overhang.

Cut into slices and serve immediately.
