  • 8 graham crackers, crushed
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (such as walnuts or almonds)
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • Easter candies for topping (such as mini eggs or chocolate bunnies)


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.

  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

  4. Gradually add the cocoa powder to the cream cheese mixture and beat until well combined.
