  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 50g butter
  • 2 tbsp rum
  • 50g raisins
  • 4 tbsp crushed shortbread biscuits
  • Whipped cream and grated chocolate, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the cream until hot but not boiling. Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate. Let it sit for a minute, then stir until smooth.

  2. Stir in the butter until melted, then add the rum and raisins. Mix well.

  3. Divide the crushed shortbread biscuits between 4 serving glasses or ramekins. Pour the chocolate mixture on top.

  4. Place in the refrigerator to set for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  5. Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
