- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 200ml heavy cream
- 50g butter
- 2 tbsp rum
- 50g raisins
- 4 tbsp crushed shortbread biscuits
- Whipped cream and grated chocolate, for garnish
Instructions

In a saucepan, heat the cream until hot but not boiling. Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate. Let it sit for a minute, then stir until smooth.

Stir in the butter until melted, then add the rum and raisins. Mix well.

Divide the crushed shortbread biscuits between 4 serving glasses or ramekins. Pour the chocolate mixture on top.

Place in the refrigerator to set for at least 4 hours or overnight.
