How To Make Candy Cane White Fudge

Ingredients
- 12 oz white chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 9 oz sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup peppermint candies, crushed
Instructions
- In the top bowl of a double-boiler, combine white chocolate and condensed milk over medium-high heat. Stir frequently until melted and smooth, for 5 minutes.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the pan lined with parchment paper and sprinkle candy over top.
- Using a knife, lightly swirl the candy into the chocolate mixture.
- Refrigerate until firm, about 6 hours or overnight.
- Cut into 1-inch squares, diamond shapes, or rectangles. Store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
