  • 1 French baguette, sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 2 tangerines, peeled and segmented
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme leaves for garnish


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and minced garlic.

  3. Brush bread slices with garlic oil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 5-7 minutes, until crisp and golden.
