How To Make Tangerine and Almond Baked Oatmeal
This baked oatmeal is infused with the bright flavors of tangerine and crunchy almonds.

Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tangerines, zested and juiced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 ½ cups almond milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F.

Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk together wet ingredients.

Add wet mixture to dry ingredients and stir until combined.

Pour mixture into a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.

Bake for 35 minutes, or until golden brown and set.

Serve warm with additional sliced tangerines and almonds on top.
