How To Make Tangerine and Almond Baked Oatmeal

This baked oatmeal is infused with the bright flavors of tangerine and crunchy almonds.

Cooking: 35 minutes
Total: 50 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tangerines, zested and juiced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 ½ cups almond milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together wet ingredients.

  4. Add wet mixture to dry ingredients and stir until combined.

  5. Pour mixture into a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.

  6. Bake for 35 minutes, or until golden brown and set.

  7. Serve warm with additional sliced tangerines and almonds on top.
