How To Make Stuffed Apples
Cored apples with quick oats, cinnamon, pecans, and butter fillings make up these rich stuffed apples! Whip up a sweet serving in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 6medium apples,used Granny Smith apples
- ¼cupbutter,softened
- ½cupquick oats
- ½cupbrown sugar
- 1tbspflour
- 1tspcinnamon
- ½cuppecans
- ½cupraisins
- vanilla ice cream,optional
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Hold the apple on the cutting board, making sure to hold the sides of the apple, not the bottom. Push the corer into the top of the stem.

Put the cored apples in the greased baking dish.

Put the the butter, oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, pecans, and raisins into the mixing bowl. Either mix it all together with the wooden spoon or squish it together with clean hands.

Fill the hollow apples with the oatmeal mixture. If there’s extra of the mixture, pile it on top.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Use potholders to take the apples out of the oven, and let them cool.
