- 4 large apples
- 1/2 cup prunes, pitted and chopped
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Core the apples, creating a well in the center to hold the filling.

In a bowl, mix together the prunes, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and melted butter.

Stuff each apple with the prune mixture, dividing it equally between the apples.
