How To Make Cranberry Pecan Baked Apples

Ingredients
- 4 large apples
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup apple cider
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Core the apples and cut off the top inch of each apple.

In a bowl, mix together the dried cranberries, chopped pecans, brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Stuff each apple with the cranberry pecan mixture.

Place the stuffed apples in a baking dish and pour the apple cider over them.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the apples are tender.

Serve warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
