  • 1 pc pineapple, peeled and cored, sliced into rings
  • ¼ cup spiced rum
  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • pecans, or walnuts, chopped
  • caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix the brown sugar and rum. Microwave the mixture for 1½ minutes, making sure the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Brush the sugar-rum mixture over the pineapple rings evenly.
  3. Heat the butter in a grill pan on medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the pineapple for 3 minutes per side.
  5. Serve with ice cream, drizzle with caramel sauce, and garnish with chopped nuts like pecans or walnuts. Serve and enjoy!
