How To Make Peach Melba Roulade

  • 4 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup raspberry sauce
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for dusting


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.

  3. Gradually add the flour and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.

  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the batter evening onto it.

  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cake is golden brown.

  6. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

  7. Once cooled, spread the raspberry sauce over the cake.

  8. Arrange the sliced peaches on top of the raspberry sauce.

  9. Carefully roll the cake into a roulade, starting at one end and rolling towards the other.

  10. Place the roulade onto a serving platter and dust with powdered sugar.

  11. Slice and serve.
