How To Make Peach Melba Roulade

Ingredients
- 4 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1 cup raspberry sauce
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.

Gradually add the flour and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the batter evening onto it.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cake is golden brown.

Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

Once cooled, spread the raspberry sauce over the cake.

Arrange the sliced peaches on top of the raspberry sauce.

Carefully roll the cake into a roulade, starting at one end and rolling towards the other.

Place the roulade onto a serving platter and dust with powdered sugar.
