Ingredients
- 2 cups of fresh peaches, sliced
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp of cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp of almond extract
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 cup of fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- whipped cream, for serving
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, cornstarch, almond extract, and lemon juice. Mix well.

Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish. Trim the edges as needed.

Pour the peach mixture into the pie crust, spreading it out evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, until the crust is golden and the filling is bubbly.

While the pie is cooling, prepare the raspberry sauce. In a blender, puree the fresh raspberries and powdered sugar until smooth.
