Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking: 25 minutes
Total: 40 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, cold and cubed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a bowl, combine the sliced peaches and raspberries. Distribute the fruit mixture evenly among four individual oven-safe ramekins or a baking dish.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, oats, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon. Use your fingers or a fork to blend the mixture until crumbly. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the fruit in each ramekin or baking dish.

  4. Place the ramekins or baking dish on a baking sheet to catch any drips during baking. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the fruit is bubbly and the crumble topping is golden brown.

  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve the peach melba crumbles warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
