Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups fresh or frozen peaches, diced
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, softened butter, granulated sugar, and salt. Mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.

In a separate bowl, combine the diced peaches, raspberry jam, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Stir until well combined.

Spread the peach mixture over the crust in the baking dish.

Sprinkle sliced almonds (if using) over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the peach filling is set.
