How To Make Easy Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Preheat a non-stick griddle or skillet over medium heat.

Scoop 1/4 cup portions of batter onto the griddle and cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes.

Flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings such as maple syrup, fresh fruits, or whipped cream.
