  • 200g all-purpose flour
  • 100g unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 100g granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Assorted colored icing pens

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and butter. Rub the butter into the flour until it resembles breadcrumbs.

  3. Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms.

  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface until it is about 1/4 inch thick.

  5. Use biscuit cutters to cut out shapes of the Go Jetters characters.

  6. Place the cut-out shapes onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges.

  7. Allow the biscuits to cool completely on a wire rack.

  8. Use the assorted colored icing pens to decorate the biscuits with the faces of the Go Jetters characters.
