How To Make Crab Mayonnaise with Melba Toast & Herb Salad

Ingredients
- 1 pound of cooked crab meat
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slices of Melba toast
- 1 cup of mixed fresh herbs (such as cilantro, mint, and dill)
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.

Toast the Melba toast until crispy.

In a separate bowl, toss the fresh herbs together.

Arrange the Melba toast on a serving platter. Spoon the crab mayonnaise mixture on top of each toast.
