Ingredients

  • 1 pound of cooked crab meat
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slices of Melba toast
  • 1 cup of mixed fresh herbs (such as cilantro, mint, and dill)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.

  2. Toast the Melba toast until crispy.

  3. In a separate bowl, toss the fresh herbs together.
