How To Make Low Fat and Low Sugar Dessert

A delightful fruit dessert that has juicy fruits, cake and pudding, rolled into one! This incredible snack is perfect for that afternoon break or at the end of a busy week!

  • 20 oz crushed pineapple, drained
  • 20 oz lite strawberry , or cherry pie filling
  • 1 fat free pound cake
  • 2 oz sugar- free vanilla instant pudding, or fat free vanilla instant pudding
  • 16 oz Fat Free Cool Whip, or Lite Cool Whip
  • 3 bananas, sliced


  1. Thaw cool whip.
  2. Prepare the pudding according to the directions on the boxes, with fat free or skim milk.
  3. Slice and cube the pound cake, set aside.
  4. Drain the crushed pineapple.
  5. Slice the bananas.
  6. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
