A delightful fruit dessert that has juicy fruits, cake and pudding, rolled into one! This incredible snack is perfect for that afternoon break or at the end of a busy week!
Ingredients
- 20 oz crushed pineapple, drained
- 20 oz lite strawberry , or cherry pie filling
- 1 fat free pound cake
- 2 oz sugar- free vanilla instant pudding, or fat free vanilla instant pudding
- 16 oz Fat Free Cool Whip, or Lite Cool Whip
- 3 bananas, sliced
Instructions
- Thaw cool whip.
- Prepare the pudding according to the directions on the boxes, with fat free or skim milk.
- Slice and cube the pound cake, set aside.
- Drain the crushed pineapple.
- Slice the bananas.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
