How To Make Breakfast Creme Brulee

This low-fat creme brulee is made with Greek yogurt and fruit preserves base. It’s then topped with fresh fruit that makes breakfast fancy in no time!

Ingredients

  • 1tbspstrawberry preserves,low sugar
  • 6ozvanilla Greek yogurt,fat free
  • 1tbspturbinado sugar,sugar in the raw
  • 1strawberry,sliced, to top

Instructions

  1. Place the fruit preserves at the bottom of a 6 or 7-ounce ramekin.

  2. Top with the yogurt and sugar.

  3. Using a torch, melt the sugar to form a crispy top.

  4. Cool a few minutes, then top with the strawberry slices.

  5. Serve, and enjoy!
