  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the peanut butter and sugar until well combined.

  3. Add in the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.

  4. Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Use a fork to create a criss-cross pattern on top of each cookie, gently pressing the dough down.

  6. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden.

  7. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
