
How To Make Old Fashioned Peanut Butter Cookies

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a mixing bowl, cream together the peanut butter and sugar until well combined.

Add in the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.

Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Use a fork to create a criss-cross pattern on top of each cookie, gently pressing the dough down.
