How To Make Monster Eye Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
For Cookies:
- ¾cupbutter,softened
- 8ozcream cheese,softened
- 1cupsugar
- ½cuppowdered sugar
- 1egg
- 1tspalmond extract
- 2¾cupflour
- ½tspbaking powder
- ½tspsalt
For the Frosting:
- ⅓cupbutter,softened
- 4½cupspowdered sugar
- ¼cupmilk
- ½tspvanilla
- ½tspalmond extract
- food coloring
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Cream butter, cream cheese and sugars in large bowl (or Kitchen-Aid) until fluffy.

In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.

Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Stir until soft dough forms

Roll out and cut with cookie cutter. Thin dough will make crunchy cookies.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes on greased pan. Let Cool.
