  • 1boxBlue Velvet Cake Mix
  • ½cupbutter
  • ½tspvanilla
  • 8ozcream cheese bar
  • 1egg
  • powdered sugar


  1. Beat butter, vanilla, egg and cream cheese until fluffy.

  2. Mix in cake mix.

  3. Chill for 30 minutes.

  4. Roll into balls and dip in a bowl of powdered sugar.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes, and sift powdered sugar on top if desired.

  6. For Patriotic version, add frosting and sprinkles.
