There’s a surprise zestiness in this tasty stuffed chicken recipe. The parmesan crust gives the skin a nice crispiness that complements the juicy meat.

  • 4chicken breasts,boneless skinless
  • 8asparagus spears
  • ¾cupmozzarella cheese
  • ¼cupparmesan cheese,grated
  • olive oil
  • lemon pepper


  1. Prepare asparagus by washing and trimming off ends.

  2. Without cutting all the way through, cut chicken breasts on the side long-ways.

  3. Stuff each breast with cheese and 2 spears. Rub a little olive oil on the top of each breast and sprinkle with lemon pepper and Parmesan cheese.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 25 to 30 minutes.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
